AT
LAST, AT LAST, AT LAST!
I
hope your computer
Is
getting emails through,
Lately I haven't gotten any -
Not even one from you!
I
sit and wait and play on the Web
Learning different things tonight,
I
would rather be reading your emails
Things would become more bright.
I
miss your emails so badly
You know what I say is true,
Won't you send one to me and
Surprise me out of the blue?
I
like the sound of the bell
This means a message is dropping down,
This brings me close to my computer -
It
keeps me hanging around.
So
if you send an email, please don't
Forget what to put on the end:
"I
love you my sweet one." it will
Patch up the missing time and mend.
The servers fuss and fuss with loads
Of
spam emails taking a turn,
Getting to the satellites and then
Stopping: This causes me to burn!
When all things go right again
And your emails come real fast,
I
can sit back and relax to say:
AT LAST, AT LAST, AT
LAST!
