THE
COMING OF SPRING
As
soft as a whisper we behold,
Spring is
awakening from the cold.
A gentle
rain, a shower or two,
Will
welcome the flowers just for you.
The roses
will bud and the apple trees,
Getting
ready with nectar for the bees.
You watch
real close at the budding sod,
Bulbs come
alive with the help of God.
Warmth of
the sunshine will bring blooms,
Throughout
the days and into full moons,
This is a
wonderful time of year,
Even the
young birds you begin to hear.
All things
are new, how precious this love,
God has
created this beauty from above.
We welcome
the spring; we waited so long,
It touches
our hearts like a beautiful song.
We enjoy
the flowers along the country lane,
Holding
hands; feeling the drops of gentle rain.
God's
beauty and promise he did bring,
Love is the
birth:
THE COMING OF SPRING.
