Evil is anything that is opposite of God and it is shown in many forms and one does not have to look very far to find it. It is all around us in the movies, books, newspapers, radio and television. It has permeated more than one school system in the republic. State, local and federal levels of government are filled with all manner of evil from the practice of sexual immorality to theft and other crimes. But the Democrat Party is not by itself in practicing evil; the members of the Republican Party have done so at times so both parties are equally guilty of ungodly conduct. But that isn’t solely the issue of the article. It is the enshrining of evil in a document that sets forth the agenda of the Democrat Party.  

The Democrat Party has dropped God from their party platform but that isn’t surprising given the abuse that the members (both political members and the supporters) heap upon God, Jesus and those of us who follow our heavenly father his son, our Savior. In 2008, the last paragraph in the platform said, “We need a government that stands up for the hopes, values, and interests of working people, and gives everyone willing to work hard the chance to make the most of their God-given potential.” In 2012, the paragraph reads “We gather to reclaim the basic bargain that built the largest middle class and the most prosperous nation on Earth – the simple principle that in America, hard work should pay off, responsibility should be rewarded, and each one of us should be able to go as far as our talent and drive take us.”  Right, we don’t need God do we? Just use whatever abilities evolution distributed to each person.

There is no doubt that their god is not our God. There is a video that proudly proclaims that "The Government Is The Only Thing We All Belong To." We do not belong to the government as some of the comments related to the video point out. In truth, the government belongs to us, “We the People,” but since the Democrats do not honor the Constitution,  “We the People” does not mean anything to them.

But why the Epitome of Evil? They took out God which leaves them room to say and do as they please with only themselves as the guiding force. The platform is called Moving America Forward. A thoughtful person will ask, “Moving forward to what?” They have abortion on demand in the platform; The Democratic Party strongly and unequivocally support Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to make decisions regarding her pregnancy, including a safe and legal abortion, regardless of ability to pay. We oppose any and all efforts to weaken or undermine that right. Abortion is an intensely personal decision between a woman, her family, her doctor, and her clergy; there is no place for politicians or government to get in the way. We also recognize that health care and education help reduce the number of unintended pregnancies and thereby also reduce the need for abortions. We strongly and unequivocally support a woman’s decision to have a child by providing affordable health care and ensuring the availability of and access to programs that help women during pregnancy and after the birth of a child, including caring adoption programs. Apparently they do not know or care that the Constitution uses the word posterity in the Preamble. As for freedom of religion they wrote, “We also support the freedom of churches and religious entities to decide how to administer marriage as a religious sacrament without government interference.” That is a blatant lie without any attempt on my part to be charitable. The nut job and Holder tried to tell a church who they had to hire and who couldn’t be fired. It is worse “We oppose discriminatory federal and state constitutional amendments and other attempts to deny equal protection of the laws to committed same-sex couples who seek the same respect and responsibilities as other married couples.” (Source for quotes-Party Platform.)

What word other than evil can be used to describe the Democrat Party? Let’s try two words, Sodom and Gomorrah. None of what they support has any biblical foundation. Is it any wonder that God was removed from the platform statement? They are a god unto themselves and therefore can do as they please; all the while castigating all of us who believe in God, Jesus and for following the biblical way of life. How can anyone who names the name of Christ vote for those who promote sin and the vilest of evil?

Simply, evil has become their god and sadly, they are proud of using government force to install their evil practices. What other conclusion can be drawn?

 Since writing this, the Party voted to put God back into the platform; however those against the inclusion of God seemed to be louder than those who voted yes. The people who voted no booed the adoption. That is bad enough, but  the man who spoke in favor of including God said that the platform expresses those things which God supports. 

The Bible message of God tells us that God does not have anything to do with sin whether committed by individuals or groups, so God wasn't there in the beginning.  In fact, with the inclusion of God they are trying to make him a party to evil. The point is still valid that the Democrat Party is the party of evil and the vote for including God is nothing but a sham as their heart is far from him.
