The article you are about to read may not be to your liking. In fact, it
may offend you to the highest degree. But so be it. This nation is
facing the fruits of an invasion that has to be stopped and obviously
stringent measures are necessary, and as you read try to understand
the solution proposed. (First read the article at

Let’s examine the facts. (1) The perp is an illegal alien, (2) who went
looking for an opportunity to rape, pillage, and plunder. (3) He found
an unlocked door and took advantage of a defenseless human being. Every
one of those has been proved and the perp admits to them. He said he was
sorry since he read in the Bible that he and the victim are brother and
sister in God’s eyes. The word for that is bologna. Then he wants
forgiveness from her and every one else. What he needs is God’s
forgiveness provided for him in Christ. Isn’t it a bit strange that the
perpetrators of the most heinous of crimes begin to whine for
forgiveness and trot out the Bible to prove their sorrow? What they
indeed are sorry about is facing the consequences of their foul deeds
and then they seem to “get religion” real fast to escape punishment.

You may wonder where the article is going, but hang on, we’re getting
there. First, the Constitution’s provisions are for the citizens of the
United States. It begins thusly: We the People of the United
States, in Order to form a more perfect Union … Will
someone point out where illegal aliens are included in We the people of
the United States. Further, one of the duties of Congress is to regulate
naturalization through immigration laws provided for in Article I,
Section 8, clause 4, To establish an uniform Rule of
Naturalization ...; For any of the supporters of the illegal aliens,
please explain where the interlopers are included in We
the people and why is Congress charged with developing rules for
naturalization if the illegals are included? It is safe to say
that the illegals aren’t protected by the Constitutional provisions as
are legal citizens, and actually are subject to clause 15 which gives
Congress the duty to … repel Invasions. If thousands of
people crossing the border don’t constitute an invasion, then what does
it constitute? And if it doesn't, then the word invasion has no place in
this nation and clause 15,(repel Invasions) is
meaningless.

When Jesus was crucified, a thief who was on a cross at the same time
confessed him; there is no indication that he was relieved of his
sentence because he confessed the Lord. That being true, why should an
illegal be afforded any more consideration than that thief? Paul wrote
to Christians in Romans 13:3, For rulers are not a terror to good
works, but to the evil. He goes on to say in verse 4 that those
in government are ministers of God for good. He then continued in verse
4: But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth
not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to
execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. Since that applies to
Christians, why would it not apply to illegal aliens?

The article pointed out that “Cuy Xum, an illegal immigrant from
Guatemala, is likely to be deported after serving his time in prison,”
Narus said. Why should We the People bear the
expense of his incarceration? And deportation is nothing more than a
slap on the wrist.

We’re almost ready for the solution. The crimes committed against JD by
the creep deserve the highest form of punishment. Assistant State's
Attorney Edward Narus told Judge Thomas Miano, [that] "There is no
sentence that is enough." But there is and the law should be changed to
reflect it. Any illegal from any country should know and understand that
We the People will not tolerate any more heinous acts
by the Cuy Xums of the world and that their despicable
acts will be dealt with in the severest form of punishment we can
deliver. What is the severest form of punishment we can deliver? Xum and all others who violate in such manner with rapes,
murders, death by drunk driving, and other acts which cause grievous physical and
personal injury, should be given the death penalty and executed swiftly
with no appeal allowed.

It is past time to be serious about the menace we face from these
people. In Sorting It Out, imprisonment and deportation won’t solve the
problem, but a judicious application of Romans 13 most assuredly will
deter them, and at the same time the message will be sent to many others who have designs to prey upon us.
