Equipment  Last Article

I thank all of you for reading this page over the past few weeks. This will be the last one for awhile due to the illness of one of the web site producers. Just like our scuba equipment the body has lots of parts that need repairing from time to time.

Scuba diving is fun and dangerous and requires all of your attention while you are in the water and out. Your equipment is your life line and it’s up to you to keep it in tip top shape.

Remember nothing is better then attending the required training class before you attempt to fix your own equipment or to modify it. Equipment modification can cause you a lot of trouble and even death when you don’t know how. Make sure that you always keep a log book and equipment repair log. This will ensure that you don’t miss the due date for inspections and service. Maintenance, service, and inspection are everything when it comes to your equipment.

Go diving! It’s fun and remember that you are the guest under the water and must respect what you find there.

Again, thank you for your time. I hope I have helped you in a small way and perhaps will see you again another day.
