EVIL OF ISLAM |
|
If there was ever a belief that teaches the adherents to practice evil, it is Islam. The practitioners of the belief do not see their behavior as evil since Muhammad and the Koran only recognize one evil; that of not adopting Islam for the guide of life. Islam’s apologists claim it is only the violent ones that are evil; trying to make everyone believe that the quest for personal attainment to a higher plane is the nature of the belief. That all depends on what constitutes the higher plane and how it achieved which will be examined later. But be sure it involves evil. There is a vast difference between Islam’s Koran and the scriptures of the Bible. It is said that Islam is a religion of love. Again that depends on the definition of love. According to Bryan Wilson in The Cult of the Moon God, love only appears 24 times in the whole of the Koran (page 106). How different is the Bible which has the word love used many times. A search for love, loves, loved in a reference work (Quick Verse for Windows Version 3.0h, Craig Rairdin and Parsons Technology, Inc.) revealed that the word and its forms are found over 400 times for both testaments, depending on the version. Paul wrote to the Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; Then in verse 33 he wrote Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband. Jesus love for his assembly is the standard for love between a man and his wife. There is an interesting word in Ephesians 5:28. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies He that loveth his wife loveth himself. It is the word ought. The Greek word is ofeilo -- ofeilo -- pronounced: of-i'-lo - in the context it means that the husband has a duty of moral obligation to his wife. It is a necessity with the comparison made to Christ’s love for his church. That is part of the high moral plain that God’s message delivers and it is lived by following Christ. Islam allows the Muslim husband to commit atrocities against his wife, such as beatings (Sura 4:34); it is a type behavior that is considered criminal spousal abuse in civilized societies. The husband may kill his wife under certain circumstances (Sura 4:34). A woman cannot travel without first having permission from her father or husband (Sura 33:33) and cannot answer the door unless her husband is at home even though the person requesting entrance is a relative (Sura 33:53). If all of that isn’t evil at work against a woman or wife, then evil does not exist. It does exist and is part of the low moral plain of that belief. Mistreatment of women is just the tip of the iceberg. Killing unbelievers is an integral part of Islam. Two quotes will suffice to make the point. Fight and slay the infidels wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer the, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war (Sura 9:5). Make war on unbelievers and hypocrites and deal rigorously with them (Sura 9:73). What is the message of God’s word? Thou shalt not kill. (Exodus20:13) Matthew 5:44 has the words of Jesus and is exactly opposite of the Koran message But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; The Koran teaches killing unbelievers and Jesus tells us to love. That brings us back to the word love. The Greek word is agapao -- pronounced: ag-ap-ah'-o to love in a moral sense; to regard highly and with affection [as God regards his children]. Even though God has shown his wrath toward sin, his love for man delayed his wrath toward his creation. Even when he used wrath, his love was working to protect those who would injured by those involved in disobedience. The destruction of Jerusalem in A.D. 70 is one example. Whereas God has destroyed evil through time, Islam teaches evil to destroy that which is good. Islam came from the mind and lips of an evil man named Muhammad who knew nothing of God’s true love. If there isn’t any love, then evil will prevail and evil is the only offering of Islam. All who cherish freedom and liberty need to give serious thought to the following: “Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Qur’an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest aspiration.”– Motto of the Muslim Brotherhood. Do not doubt them. They are serious. © 05-29- 2013 DEC This is the last article of the three part series. |
