God exists showing good and Satan exists promoting evil. Therefore, good exists and its opposite is evil. Good comes from God and evil is the product of Satan. If God doesn’t exist where does good originate and then how can Satan exist if God doesn’t? If evolution is true and lower forms changed into higher and better forms, what caused evil to enter the process? If evolution is true then there is no remedy for man’s condition of sin and anything goes.  

Now enter the ACLU that hates to have God anywhere near and promotes evolution. Does that mean that the ACLU promotes evil? Using the logic that God’s teaching tells us to promote and do good the answer is yes. The ACLU is pushing for homosexual marriage, abortion, homosexual adoption, and the removal of God from public life. Make no mistake that the foregoing is evil. They are opposites of what God teaches. Deny God and evil ceases to exist is what many believe. Morals become relative because there isn’t any standard provided in evolution to compare behavior to so that makes all behavior more or less acceptable, except murder unless it fits the ACLU standard as in Terri Schiavo.

The conduct of the ACLU is very interesting when it is looked at from the viewpoints of good and evil and the Constitution. Only fools will deny that perverted behavior isn’t good. Yet that is exactly the position of the ACLU on most immoral behavior and that in and of itself is worth noting considering what they argue relative to the duties of limited government given in the Constitution.

The ACLU says that God can’t be mentioned in government affairs because of the constitutional doctrine of separation of church and state. It further says that to deny homosexuals the right to marriage is unconstitutional, and that abortion is the right of a woman to do with her body as she will. All of those are false but the ACLU people won’t change their beliefs. The question is why they so behave given the facts in their face which they can’t refute?

First to admit that those things are wrong is to admit that there is some power higher than evolution and human wisdom. Second, their agenda is always against anything that has made this nation great and that is adherence to God’s morality. It is true that they have gone to the defense of Rush Limbaugh in his battle with Florida over his medical records, but the reason is obvious. Supporting his case doesn’t interfere with the agenda to remove God from the fabric of the nation. When any case involves the rights that come from God as expressed in the Declaration of Independence and the morality that has made this nation grow, they remain silent. It is safe to help Rush since his case isn’t about God and His attendant morals.

When godly people stand for right evil flees to find a safer haven. It has found haven in other countries, but now it is trying to make the United States its home with help from the ACLU. Our nation was founded on the precepts and morality of God. Satan has to destroy God to prove he is superior and when God is driven out all that will exist is evil. Christians need to take a stand against the ACLU and the gross conduct it champions. As Paul wrote in Ephesians 6:10-16: Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.  Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

The battle for the soul of this nation is one God and his good against Satan or the devil and evil as Paul says. The battle includes the evil the ACLU and its followers are promoting. Who will you believe, the ACLU or God?
