I am a gospel preacher and this is what I say,

I preach the message of Jesus Christ and His perfect way.

I preach these words with the sword of the Lord, words so strong and true,

Saving grace, make no mistake, is the only way for you.

 I preach about fire and brimstone, in a place where the Devil dwells,

If you fail to hear these words with Satan you’ll go to hell.

A horrible place with worms and stench, you simply cannot know,

Keep walking without the love of Christ, and there you’ll surely go.

I’ll only sleep when my work is done, that’s preach until I die,

Even if I’m ignored and cursed, I will always always try.

I will run and shout and bang my fists in fury against all sin,

The war I fight is for the souls of the lost, this victory I will win.

The things of this world are poisoning us each and every day,

I lie awake and cry each night for you to find His way.

Years ago I could never mention the horrors that have unfurled,

AIDS, Gay Love, and Satanism are now standards in this world.

 I know just how it happened, how evil took a hold,

Too many people got politically correct then leave God out in the cold.

They removed our prayers from our schools, then the Ten Commandants,

Ignoring Christ, blaspheming God, worshipping science advancements.

They taught evolution, taught free speech, then killed Christian teaching,

All for the love of a one-world god, for the anti-Christ they’re reaching.

Well all know the lies of Satan and how he kills the soul,

Killing God everywhere has taken such a toll.

 I will not end with sour words of hate or condemnation,

I’ll only say I love you and pray for your salvation.

You see there is only one true choice, the only one that counts,

It’s making the choice for Jesus Christ who died on Calvary’s Mount.

 Christ’s love is never-ending, a love that knows no bounds,

Years ago when I was seeking, He’s the one I found.

My life is filled with blessed joy from knowing God’s only son,

I pray for you each day my friend, that you’ll learn that Christ’s the one.
