The people of the nation are facing problems that if not solved, will
result in the total destruction of freedom from government and the
corresponding cessation of liberty. The election in November 2008 will
bring a tipping point from which the nation can’t escape no matter which
candidate is elected. The only difference between them is one is
represented by a donkey and the other one is an elephant. The former
will kick us to pieces with more strangling laws of every type and the
latter is going to sit on us with similar laws, which will keep us from
getting out from under the weight of government. Every program the two
candidates propose is patently unconstitutional. The seventeen limits on
government are foreign to both Obama and McCain.

Business and their profits are enemies to both of them. Each proposes
the same solutions but from differing angles, the same solutions which
have gotten us into this mess. They both have the ignorant notion that
profits of companies should be limited and that anything over that limit
imposed by politicians will be turned over to the government. Think for
a moment of that stupidity. The minimum wage law forces companies to pay
wages that many can’t afford to pay and if a company makes too much,
they take the money away. Now that is brilliant thinking.

The current discussion is about the high price of gasoline with oil
companies taking the brunt of the criticism, being targeted with a
scheme to take their profits. Never mind that the smallest amount of
profit a company earns is from gasoline sales. Obama said,
"I'll make oil companies like Exxon pay a tax on their windfall
profits, and we'll use the money to help families pay for their
skyrocketing energy costs and other bills."
It should be understood
that he has no constitutional authority to make anyone do anything.
However, if he is elected and the membership increases for Democrats in
both houses of Congress, the people of this nation will see first hand
the cruel whip of a dictator and the tyranny that comes with it. If he
and Congress can do that to “Big Oil” then they can do that to any
business that incurs their wrath.

John McCain has the same unconstitutional notions as Obama. Like Obama,
he doesn’t understand the role of constitutional government, the
function of business in general and the work of the oil companies in
particular, which isn’t to produce revenue for the government spending
machine. He doesn’t speak quite like Obama, but it is the same approach
with different words.
"The point is, oil companies have got to be more participatory in
alternate energy, in sharing their profits in a variety of ways, and
there is very strong and justifiable emotion about their profits,"
McCain said. (He proposes other laws against business in general
which are no better, but that is a matter for another day.)

|
When the Senate debated a tax on oil companies, neither McCain nor Obama
voted for the bill,
But both presumed presidential candidates support a windfall profits tax.
Do you need any more proof that there is no difference between them and
their understanding of constitutional limits on government? They want
the same failed policies to continue.

Both are on record for being against drilling in ANWR. McCain says that
limited drilling can be done on the coast, but Obama doesn’t want any
drilling anywhere. When will the people of this nation stand up to these
two fools and the clowns in Congress and demand that they stop the
tyranny against business and liberty in general? It is obvious our
problems are many because we have no one that will come forth with the
needed constitutional leadership. Puck said, “What fools these mortals
be.” In Sorting It Out, the truth is there are two fools running for
President, and don’t forget lurking in the wings, Hillary makes three.
