IF I WERE A
SPIDER!
If you
happen to come across a
Beautiful designed
invention,
It is me... the spider who
Attracted your attention.
I make my designs to catch
my
Prey to store for later
meals,
It sure is different than
having
Human gadgets, like cars
and wheels.
I spend my time in the wee
hours
Of the shining sunny
mornings,
To weave and design my web
to make
The catch on special
moorings.
Aha! I hid and in in no
time I felt
A tug and knew I caught a
fly.
So down I came to see what
was there
I ignored it, and let it
pass me by.
So repairs were made by
spinning my web
To make a stronger line in
design,
So I will know my next
catch no doubt
Will be absolutely to my
liking so devine.
I can weave my web to even
make
The whole runway and
catcher's field wider,
But this is
truly a mastermind dreaming:
IF I WERE A SPIDER!
