| Life's Beginnings |
|
There is a show advertised on television called "Ape to Man". That theory would point to the idea of Evolution. Many people assume the theory of Evolution to be true. But can it be scientifically proven? And isn't it unbelievable that life began with one "Big Bang" that resulted in galaxies, fungi, light, air, oceans, tides, plants, animals, sky, and mountains amongst all other miracles? Science tells us dinosaurs roamed the Earth in the beginning, 220 million years ago. Just how did this reptile get here? Where did the asteroids come from that wiped them out 65 million years ago? Are our ancestors apes? How did this wild animal evolve into a homosapien, Australopithecus, caveman, etc. into a walking, talking, thinking intelligent male and female human being? How did cattle, giraffes, cats, dogs, birds, and sea creatures get here? There are just too many questions with no answers, scientific or logical. One scientist says this about life starting on its own: "Amino Acids would have to be arranged in an exact sequence to form a Protein...just like the letters in a sentence. Mere laws of chemistry and physics cannot do that. The probability of a Protein forming by chance would be next to impossible." Just as a car must have had a designer, there must have been a Creator of life. Isn't it more reasonable to believe that a supernatural God wonderfully designed and created the Universe and all things in it? (See Genesis 1:1) KK © 08-05-2005 |
