Every farmer no doubt knows about rats and has had to work hard to keep
the vermin from eating the grain once it is stored. Various measures
have to be taken to end the carnage wrought by the unwelcome visitors.
Once those measures that cut off the free food are taken, the rats
disappear and go looking for other readily accessible cribs and grain
bins to invade.

Before anyone gets the idea that the reference to rats is a slam against
illegals, it isn’t. The comparison is that when things are available in
places where they (humans and lower animals) shouldn’t be, and where they aren’t guarded, the
behaviors will be the same whether we are speaking of lesser animals or
humans. When there are freebies to be gotten, the free loaders will move
into the territory. And thus it is with the people who enter this nation
illegally and then expect us to cater to them. We have no more reason to
cater to them and their demands than we do the rats which invade our
farms and granaries.

The state of Oklahoma has passed a law which will cut off various kinds
of aid to illegal aliens. (Read the article here
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=57313)
Of course, such a stringent
measure is causing certain people to be very unhappy because in
anticipation of the law’s provisions being operative on October 1, 2007,
the Hispanics are fleeing Tulsa to the tune of 25,000 to date, according
to some estimates, rather than face being deported. The ones hollering
are many and varied from support groups to business people. The yelling
goes thusly:
A spokesman
for
Tulsa's Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Francisco Trevino, said he
believes the law – and its results – will hurt restaurants, construction
companies and other service corporations such as lawn care.
Well, now isn’t that tough. Never mind that these people are here
illegally and are invaders, subjecting this nation to their carnage. Oh
no, money is the object for them and for business.

The Bible addresses the issue of money in I Timothy 6:9-10: But
they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many
foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some
coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves
through with many sorrows. The illegals are looking for money in
any way they can get it and the business people are looking for cheap
labor to make as much money as possible (which is fine as long as it is
done according to the law and employing illegals isn’t according to the
law). All that the verse tells us is evident in the illegal issue.

A lawsuit is threatened against the implementation of the law. So be it,
but those who will bring the suit care little to nothing about the
Constitution and constitutional law. First, Congress passed the law that
requires jurisdictions of all the states to provide medical care,
schooling, and other benefits to the illegals (and that law is
unconstitutional. More on that issue at some later date). In so doing,
they ignored the Ninth and Tenth Amendments of the United States
Constitution. Secondly, the states have a right to make laws (that
aren’t other wise in conflict with the national Constitution) applicable
to conditions within the state as granted by the Ninth and Tenth
amendments. Lastly, the Constitution applies to citizens of this nation
and not to those who are here illegally. That is the main issue of the
law soon to take affect in Oklahoma and the reason for it.

What is it that people refuse to understand about the word illegal?
Those who have crossed the border without permission are in this nation
illegally. The states have a right to kick them out, and before anyone
screams that only the feds are empowered to deal with immigration, this
isn’t immigration. This is an invasion and the states have a right to
deal with it. The states aren’t developing immigration laws, but it can
be argued that any state or city that makes provision for illegals, such
as sanctuaries and other benefits etc. is engaging in immigration issues
and is in fact violating the law by doing such.

In order for the people of this nation to put the house in order, they
must tell the federal government to take a hike on certain issues. In
Sorting It Out, the people have a right to go about locking the corn
crib and hopefully other states will pass effective corn crib laws.
