When Benjamin Franklin was asked at the end of the Constitutional Convention concerning the type government we were given, he supposedly said, “A republic, if you can keep it.” It is submitted that we have not only lost it, we are sinking into the despotism of unconstitutional behavior that is going to make slaves of all citizens in this republic. Daily, the news is filled with evidence that our freedom from government interference with the liberty to live and do as we see fit is being taken from us each day the sun rises to begin a new 24 hours.

The ideals of life that are being curtailed range from freedom of speech to economic liberty to the ordinary aspects of life that each citizen at one time could freely engage according to each ones needs, wants  and desires. The latter includes being told the type light bulbs that must be used; the type of toilet fixtures to control the amount of water used when flushed. Schools are now told what kind of food and how much will be served thanks to a woman (Mrs. Nut Job) who has no elected position in government; not to mention that the federal government has no constitutional role in education.

Freedom of speech is under attack and has been ever since the churches, at the behest of LBJ, were silenced by the government which rammed through the law that prevents preachers from mentioning politics while preaching; and if they do, the IRS can use a sledge hammer on the church for violating the law. That is not freedom. It is tyranny enforced by a bureaucratic dictatorial agency.

In Dearborn, Michigan, the leaders of Islam are rallying to call for a law that will prohibit speech or expression that hurts “the religious feelings of Muslims.”  That nonsense is coming from a group that sees nothing wrong with beheading the opponents of Islam. (This writer has some advice for these slime balls- if you don’t like it in this country, go somewhere else and by all means, shut up as you go.) They are trying to stifle freedom of speech. (Freedom in the First Amendment means free of government control.), but that freedom allows them to spew their venom with no opposition from the government. They want the freedom to spout off but want to use the law to stop others who they claim are insulting them. Sadly, a few in elected offices are sympathetic to such an idea under the guise of tolerance.

Mr. Nut job (aka Barack Hussein Obama) has ordered owners of business to violate their consciences with a demand that abortion, morning after pills, contraception and sterilization be provided for employees. If they don’t, then penalties of various kinds will be imposed on the owners. Again, it is tyranny being imposed by a dictator aided and abetted by a complicit Congress that passed the law and a Supreme Court Justice, John Roberts, who refused to rule Nut Job Care unconstitutional.

The nanny state control began with FDR and has increased through a succession of Democrats in the Oval Office. The idea that government must provide for citizens by various means and methods is seen in the video of the Cell Phone Woman. The woman is an example of the type mentality that Democrats have instilled in certain groups of citizens. The cell phone woman is one among millions who believe that they are entitled to everything without working for whatever they think should be theirs. The Democrat Party keeps the cell phone woman types on the government dole for their votes. Dependency and laziness are encouraged and promoted and the cell phone types are all too eager to live that way. The dependency began with FDR, continued with the Civil Rights Act, and grew immensely under the Affirmative Action for blacks and other programs directed to the government designated poor, both white and black. The Democrats have created a permanent underclass which depends on the government for their existence and it is going to be very difficult to change the direction of the republic with the mindset that is eating away our independent way of life. 

Watch the seemingly disconnected events and eventually they will connect and form the pattern and the path for our destruction as an independent people. The system is being exploited and the Democrats, and even some Republicans, are very eager to continue to allow it to happen for the votes they will receive. They deny that of course, but listen to and watch the groups they court each time an election nears. They speak of their constituency and it is the ones dependent on government.

Every act of the Democrat liberal politician is designed to place more people under government control by using the false theme of helping everyone. The gullible fall for it and the problem of dependency increases to the detriment of all. Cell phone woman is a symptom of the disease known as government created dependency which is causing a loss of freedom and liberty for everyone, including the cell phone woman.
