MY LOVING STEPS
WITH YOU
Music is playing
softly
It is a beautiful
night,
We felt this
was the moment
That it would be
just right.
You asked me to
dance -
I lovingly took
your hand,
My heartbeat
quickened -
Feelings inside
were grand.
Each precious
step and a
Whisper; causing
a loving tear,
As you told me
you loved me -
And held me ever
so near.
The music came to
an end -
But our love
never did cease,
The feelings just
kept flowing
Like a soft
gentle breeze.
I whispered back
as we danced:
"I feel your love
so true,"
The music will
remind me of:
MY LOVING STEPS WITH YOU.
