MY MORNING
PRAYER
I woke this
morning and found
You have given
me another day,
You sent
strength and grace
My Lord, in
your own special way.
Keep me from
thinking I am the
Only one, and
remember not to be,
Always focused
on myself knowing
Others; you
must care for me.
Help me Lord to
be thankful for
All the things
that have been done,
In doing so you
will lift me
To accomplish
this with much fun.
I ask you also
to let me see
All of the
bright things of life,
Not the dark
side of all the gloom -
But keep
me safe despite the strife.
In keeping me
with a happy heart
And know Dear
God you really care,
I feel safe to
say: "Amen" in ending
MY MORNING PRAYER.
