OH, YOU ARE SO KIND!
The resolutions are getting near
And then
you start your run,
Thinking
how to stay in shape
And you
aren't the only one!
You step on
very slowly like
It is going
to turn you around,
Don't worry
it won't stop to
Hurl you to
the ground.
You got to
exercise and get that
Joyous big
vim and vigor,
Start the
music and step right on -
It also
will help your ticker.
So keep up
the good work
With a
little sweat and grind,
Shedding
off the pounds is
Something
you don't mind.
You will
start the year 2008
All in good shape and mind,
You hear:
"You look swell!"
