In the book of Acts, we
find these words, [Acts 17:26] And hath made of one blood all nations of
men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the
times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; [Acts 17:27]
That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and
find him, though he be not far from every one of us: [Acts 17:28] For in
him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own
poets have said, For we are also his offspring. The simple truth stated
here is that all men have one origin and each one is to seek God to find
out how to live the fulfilling life that he wants us to enjoy.

The Declaration of
Independence sets forth a similar truth that is quite in line with the
words of Luke cited above. It says, “We hold these truths to be
self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by
their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” We have a common ancestry
and blood that began with Adam and Eve and it is different from the
lower forms of animals, and that makes us equal with one not being
better than any other human. With the Bible in mind, the quote from the
Declaration, and the content of the Constitution which was written to
ensure one nation of men and women who are equal, it is readily apparent
that the founders created a system that would further God’s intent for
his children and give us freedom and liberty under His guidance.

In the beginning of the
nation, the people honored God, worked with the goal of creating a
nation wherein they could prosper, raise families, and for the most
part, doing all of it with respect for each other even while disagreeing
on many things. Truly one nation dedicated to following godly principles
to secure God’s blessings for those who will follow him.

However through the years
a terrible change has taken place. Slowly God has been replaced by
secular humanism, a doctrine that denies God has a place in life and
exalts man and his pernicious ungodly ways filled with selfish interest.
We see homosexuals clamoring for advantage, demanding special rights
historically reserved for heterosexuals based on God’s pattern for life,
man and woman joined together as God intended. God is even being driven
from churches by those who believe that homosexuality and its attendant
relationships are not sinful. All sorts of special interest groups lobby
for special rights in an attempt to gain advantage to further whatever
agenda they may have at the moment. Helping all the special interests in
their quests to gain advantage are the politicians, who are so attuned
to power and money, that they refuse to look at the direction which they
are moving the nation. Greed, power, and social positions are the
driving forces for the ungodly Cretins who are elected to public office.
(What does that reveal about those who help elect such people to
office?) Judges with their decisions show that they are blindly
following the dictates of the social gospel which denies God and exalts
the sin found in secular humanism.

We have division, strife,
and turmoil because as a nation we have lost sight of God and the reason
for the nation to exist. Selfish ideals and religious hatred that stem
from denying God and Jesus Christ now rule the day, instead of adhering
to the ideals that the people held years ago when the nation was
founded.

God and the Constitution
are ignored and the reason is plain. Those who want their own way are
impeded by following time honored standards of old, and the only means
available for them to achieve their ungodly goals is to destroy both the
standards of God and of the nation’s whose standards at one time were
based on God.

|
Instead of being one
nation founded on God’s principles and guided by our Creator, we are a
nation now fractured, divided, stressed, and headed for ruin due to the
selfish ungodly humanism that has become the religion which is replacing
God and his ways.
