Satan’s most useful idiot is back. In his most recent LTE in ADG (Arkansas Democrat-Gazette), he upbraids a Christian letter writer for saying that the constitution gives us freedom of religion, and that biblical creation was taught in school for 200 years and no one complained. He says she failed to include freedom from religion in the Constitution. And claimed the nation would not be free otherwise. And then he adds his usual insult that “fundamentalists” seem to encounter some intellectual difficulty in grasping that concept.

But he has it backwards. The poor guy simply can’t read well, or comprehend what he reads. There is no freedom from religion in the Constitution. The Constitution does not allow the government to make us adhere to any one religion, and at the same time, it gives all religions, freedom from government interference. It is atheists that have intellectual difficulty grasping that concept. The nation truly would not be free if there was no freedom of religion. Atheists mimic the recent “best seller” atheist’s writers, such as Hitchins, Harris, Dawkins and others, because they want to eliminate biblical religion.

Freedom of religion is one of our basic rights. They think religion in general, and the Bible in particular is dangerous. And that it presents a “grave danger” to everyone. But we have seen what the religion of evolution has brought with the single minded, bloodthirsty, genocidal, satanic fury the militant atheistic regimes have perpetrated on the innocent, while trying to expunge religion from society. They insist on intolerance, not tolerance. They want to drive all religious persons out of the public altogether. They think that would be freedom.  For whom, I ask? Practiced honestly and fairly, that would necessarily eliminate the atheist’s religion of evolution also.

Their argument is hardly new. Since the beginning of time, there have been those who preferred no God. For if there is no God, all things are permitted. They do not like the moral limits God places on humanity. They prattle on about how “Moral” their policies would be without religion. That is wholesale ignorance. They are also completely ignorant of the archeological finds that verify the Bible to be authentic. But Satan’s most useful village idiot, I mean, atheist, says that creation was taught for 200 years because “they knew no better. And that many of us ‘ignorant’ believers still today refuse to be enlightened.”

Are we to believe that for 200 years we did not have any of Satan’s useful idiots to enlighten us? These “bible scholars” have studied the Bible extensively, and in its entirety, and now are sure they know much more about it than we can ever know? They are so arrogant they feel they have the authority to speak dogmatically against the Bible and its teachings. How long is it going to take us “ignorant folk” to learn that they are the authority on everything?

The atheists are more knowledgeable than Johann Kepler, (1571-1630) the founder of Physical astronomy.” He discovered the laws of planetary motion, and contributed to the eventual development of calculus. He studied two years in a seminary and left with reluctance to enter astronomy. He said, he was “merely thinking God’s thoughts after him.” He also believed the world was created about 7,000 years ago. (But of course, Darwin proved him wrong by his assumptions that the world is billions of years old.) They are even smarter than Francis Bacon, thought to be responsible for the establishment of the Scientific Method. Also, he was a devout believer in the Bible.

They know more than Blaise Pascal, founder of hydrodynamics, who was deeply spiritual. He said, “How can anyone lose who chooses to become a Christian? If, when he dies, there turns out to be no God and his faith is in vain, he has lost nothing. In fact, he has been happier in life than his non- believing friends. If however, there is a God and a heaven and hell, then he has gained heaven and his skeptical friends will have lost everything in hell.”

Then there is Leonardo da Vinci, considered to be the real founder of science, and a sincere believer in Christ and the Scriptures. (Which makes him less intelligent than atheists?) His insights into the heart of Christ and the disciples are shown in his work of art, The Last Supper, which bears witness to his faith.

Robert Boyle, the father of modern chemistry was a strong and humble believer. And Galileo, who was censored for his heliocentric teachings by the church, but he himself believed the Bible and that it supported his views. There was Isaac Newton, famous for many things, including discovery of the law of universal gravitation. He was a believer and wrote many books on Biblical subjects. He believed the worldwide flood of Noah’s day accounted for most of the geological phenomena, and he believed in a literal 6 day creation record. He said, “We account the Scriptures of God to be the most sublime philosophy. I find more sure marks of authenticity in the Bible than in any profane history whatsoever.” There are way too many Christian scientists to mention them all, but they must have been dumb too because the atheists are the authority on everything.
