The adherents of evolution are long on words but very short on facts to
the point that they can’t site any facts to support their contentions.
They make generalized statements expecting the gullible to believe them.
In fact, the gullible have believed that evolution is true for they
write the letters that insist that it is true. A letter by a Little Rock
writer published 2-11-2008, contained nothing but fantasy. He was
attempting to debunk a writer who believed in God and the creation, but
he failed in every respect.

The Little Rock writer thinks that evolution has been “drummed” into
humans, instincts that govern behavior. Such a belief puts us on the
level of the lower animals that have certain instinctive behaviors. The
first statement is “We do not learn to sleep, …” He is right, we don’t.
It is programmed into us by our creator. In Genesis 2:21 we find,
And
the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: This
is when God made a woman for Adam. Obviously, sleep isn’t instinctual.

Then he wrote that people don’t exhibit a sexual drive or choose to have
a heterosexual response or have fear or anger. Again, the Bible, which
he presumably rejects, gives us the truth. Adam knew that Eve was for
him because God took her to Adam. That wasn’t instinct: that was an
introduction. We read in Genesis 4:1 And Adam knew Eve his wife;
and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the
LORD. If that behavior with Eve wasn’t a sexual drive and a
heterosexual response, then pray tell what was it?

After having been told not to eat of the fruit of the forbidden tree,
they did and when God approached them, Adam said he was afraid. Genesis
3:10 reveals the truth: And he said, I heard thy voice in the
garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.
The fear Adam felt wasn’t instinct. He had been instructed in the matter
of right and wrong and knew that he had violated God’s instructions. God
gave Adam and Eve the ability to learn and it didn’t take long for them
to learn a hard lesson: a lesson which mankind to this day doesn’t want
to acknowledge. No matter how fervently the evolutionists want to
ascribe behavior to instinct, they can’t explain the origin of right and
wrong absent of belief in God.

Charles Darwin is the great god and guru of the God didn’t create
anything crowd. The Little Rock man wrote: … most evolutionary evidence
had been verified long after Darwin’s death. Then he wrote: “There are
thousands and thousands of transitional fossils found in the rocks of
Earth’s long history.” The correct statement would be that none have
been verified since there is no fossil record of any transitional forms
of any degree that show one type of lower animal changing to a different
one or to a higher form. Since none have been verified, then most isn’t
correct either.

He disparaged parents who take their children to creation museums that
show Adam and Eve living with dinosaurs. He stated that such ignorance
isn’t instinctual and has to be learned. Oops! Previously he wrote that
even the learning process was instinctual. So using his oxymoron
thinking, ignorance can’t be learned since learning is instinctual,
though he says ignorance is learned. Apparently, it is only learned when
one believes in the creation. His twisted logic requires that ignorance
can’t exist since learning is instinctual. That leaves no room for
ignorance. Instinct revealed all that wonderful truth to him about
ignorance which doesn’t now exist, having been reasoned out of existence
by his twisted logic.
|
|
The truth is that ignorance falls into two categories: one is the not
knowing of things that can be known simply because one hasn’t had access
to the facts; and two, the other ignorance is when one has access to
facts and refuses to explore the truth of the matter. It seems that the
letter writer falls into the latter category of learned ignorance. His
instinct failed him.
