      SPEEDY SHOPPING CART!

This winter is almost over
And Spring is nearly here,
I'm telling you in advance:
"Best to keep the aisles clear!"

One walks through the door
And no one knows who,
I'm on rollers, meaning
I may be heading right for you!

I pray the person who
Pushes me around knows,
That wheels clip heels not toes!

Yes, I'm the shopping cart
The master of shopping sprees,
I go where I'm steered, whoops -
Just landed in some display trees!

Backed off  and around the
Store I go, faster  as I'm pushed,
Because the speed picks up
And time is making me bushed.

I get things checked out and
Out the door I go, free as can be,
I hope the next shopper is old
Because they go slow at 93!

When you spot a shiny basket
I'm a great work of art,
It's me, your very own -
    SPEEDY SHOPPING CART!
