Two other people wrote excellent letters in answer to this atheist, pointing out the history of the founders of this great nation, and what happens when religion is taken out of government. Then you have only atheistic rulers left, such as Lenin, Stalin, Pol Pot and Mao and Hitler. And we know what happened under them. They assumed for themselves the right to determine who lives or dies. I think we can also include Castro, and the “dear leader” of North Korea, Kim Jong II and others, who are not finished with their killing, or who are starving their people. These are rulers of the atheist religion. Atheistic regimes systematically murdered more people in just the last century than misguided Christians in all previous recorded history put together. They have murdered at least 100 million innocent people. And Planned Parenthood has murdered at least 50 million more unborn tiny citizens in the last 32 years.

You may find a quote from Hitler in which he may claim to be working in the service of Christ. He was also known to say he hated Christianity and wanted to stamp it out. The fact that he sometimes claimed to follow Christ does not show that he was a good Christian, but rather a “good” politician, trained in truth spinning and hiding evil under a cloak of moral causes.

The following truths are from Joel McDurmon’s excellent book, The Return of the Village Atheist. The lust of atheism is merely the depraved lust of all humanity - power - but without the social restraint of religion. Every belief is a fount of action. As a man believes so will he act. Overstating the prominence of science in society ends up in a dictatorship, pushing its agenda by force. Instead of bringing peace, and leading men to beat their swords into plowshares, official atheism did just the opposite. The dogma of atheism, quite naturally leads from hateful words to violent action. Ideas have consequences. A man truly believing in heaven will reject ungodly actions, and abstain from ungodly ways and behave properly to get there. This is why atheists hate religious people. They can't control them.

Atheism has never had benevolent or beneficial effects in society. It inevitably leads to tyranny and death by murder or starvation. Dismissing God from the universes dismisses justice from the universe. Whoever has the power makes the rules and if you don’t like it, then you must dethrone them or suffer. Morality in the atheist’s world always will be determined by raw power. What the ruler wants, the ruler gets.

The evolutionist has no logical objection to evil. If we are just highly evolved matter-bags of chemicals and electrons, then what one bag does to another bag of chemicals is ethically and morally irrelevant. They use the argument that mere matter is the ultimate reality, and so he has no gripe about how mere matter behaves. If we give an answer that the Bible says such and so, they say that is an unsatisfactory answer. But they refuse to see that science itself is full of such answers in nearly every major discipline of human knowledge. Atheists continue to force their improvable assumptions onto realty. They insist on explaining everything as a natural process, and are angry because we can see Gods hand in the universe.

Richard Dawkins admitted that, “I believe, but cannot prove that all life, all intelligence, all creativity and all design anywhere in the universe, is the direct or indirect product of Darwinian natural selection.” And they tell us only religion is based on “faith.” Apparently, atheists are no more immune from hypocrisy than they are from faith. Our competing faiths object to each other’s principles. They object to God being in control. We object to slandering God simply because they don’t like the way he runs things.

The advance of science itself is against Darwin's evolution. New knowledge comes, old theories are revised and bad theories are discarded. Those who refuse to give up the old paradigm prove themselves to be less interested in science and more interested in an agenda. The number one reason atheists cannot tolerate the idea of an intelligent Designer is because they are hell-bent on securing a monopoly on intelligence in this universe for themselves. And they brook no rivals. They’re hard core about elbowing God out of the universe that they have claimed as their lab. But their claims about science are taken from other science propagandists who say in exaggerated terms what atheists want to hear.

It’s one thing to behave in a civil society that Christian civilization has already established. It is quite another to consciously obliterate religion and then sustain an atheistic society for long. It has never worked anywhere it’s ever been tried. They don’t like Christians in the hard sciences because they beat them at what they think is their own game. So they must rule Christians out of science altogether. They do this by labeling them, “graduated flunkeys of clericalism,” and malign them, not only with caricature, but by calling them liar's, and denying they are scientists. Atheists are dogmatic in their insistence that people must see things their way, but it never succeeds. They delude themselves that they are right and they just try harder. But their propaganda does not persuade, and religion is not eradicated, so they believe their beliefs should be made compulsory. Thus we should live under dictatorship.
