The definitions given
for rape in the 1832 Webster’s Dictionary are thusly: In a general
sense, a seizing by violence; also, a seizing and carrying away by
force, as females; Privation; the act of seizing or taking away;
something taken or seized and carried away. These are words that anyone
can understand, and that they mean the taking of something that doesn’t
belong to the taker in any sense of ownership, and which effectively
denies the rightful owner the use of the property as he or she sees fit,
are very clear. In other words, the 5 ignorant justices of the Supreme
Court and the officials of any city who use the law of eminent domain to
wrongfully take property are guilty of rape, a despicable act that would
be called a crime if it weren’t for the fact that the five no account
judges ruled such behavior legal.

But were the justices
ignorant in this matter which allowed the twisted logic that came forth
in the ruling? In a word, the answer is no. They knew exactly what they
were doing, and if the history of court cases is studied, it is easy to
see the march toward the denial of rights and liberties as guaranteed by
the Constitution with the substitution for those rights being more
government power and God being shoved to the side to help install a
godless form of government that isn’t answerable to anyone but
themselves.

It is interesting to
note that the ruling goes hand in hand with the rulings that deny God
and his rightful place in the history and operation of the nation. When
God is taken away then the moral principles that guide men and women are
effectively removed allowing man to substitute his wisdom for that of
God’s. In a few words, anything that man can dream up can then be done
without a twinge of conscience to inhibit the behavior. No conscience
also means there is no guilt to worry about either.

Commentator after
commentator has pointed out, as did four dissenting justices, that the
door is open for all kinds of excesses and chicanery in property deals.
The fact clearly in evidence through history is that the right to own
and use property is the cornerstone of the foundation of all the
liberties we enjoy in this nation. Property ownership gives a freedom
that renters never can enjoy, as way of an example. The renter must
abide by the dictates of the landlord from whom he must receive
permission to alter the property or who, in many cases, can move the
renter out on a moments notice. The Supreme Court has opened the door to
others to take over the property and begin removal of the rightful owner
with the ruling in what could be termed “let’s make a deal.” And if the
owner resists the taking it is not far fetched to say that they will be
removed at gun point and arrested on some trumped up charge.

Paul told Timothy that
“For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted
after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through
with many sorrows.” I Timothy 6:10. Whether those who made the ruling or
those who will benefit are believers isn’t the issue, (even though their
beliefs can be considered suspect). The point here is that money is the
root of the evil and the evil is the taking of property for the benefit
of developers and tax money for the government. James Madison said, "A
just security to property is not afforded by that government, under
which unequal taxes oppress one species of property and reward another
species." The ruling is oppressive and is confiscation for the benefit
of others, the ultimate taxation and redistribution of property (federal
income tax included). It is but one more step toward the government
claiming ownership of all property so it can be taken for the common good.
And as the confiscation of property gains speed, our liberties continue
to erode with each take over.

Nikita Khrushchev banged
his shoe on the lectern in the United Nations years ago and said, “We
will bury you.” Whether he meant it in literal sense or economically, he
would be proud to see the property ruling. That ruling is helping dig
the hole for all property owners and the government is all too willing
to be the shovel that covers the property owners with dirt.
|
|
The ruling makes one
think the heads of the five despots who made the ruling are empty except
that nothing ever takes place in a vacuum. They have had a motive and
intent for a long time to change this nation to a form of government
that gives them unbridled power to do as they choose with no
recriminations. While the ruling is rape of the property owner’s rights,
there is yet another rape that it will bring to our land in full force.
Its name is Communism, the supreme rape of all.
