Much to the chagrin of the media and the liberal Democrats, new documents and tapes are revealing that Saddam Hussein possessed all types of weapons that he intended to use on people of other nations, including his own people when needed to keep them in line. (Source at bottom of page.)

For months we have heard a litany from the liberals via the news media that Bush lied to get us into war. Yet they never give the reason for the lie or do they?  They do, and one from all the dunderheads that write letters to newspapers and Internet blogs end with the same thing after irrational diatribes they call reason and logic, oil. The false reasoning about oil comes from the notion that the Bush family and Dick Cheney and of course, Halliburton, are getting fabulously rich on the manipulation of oil. The problem is that it isn’t true. Not one scintilla of evidence has been brought forward to support the idiotic claim. If it were true, isn’t it reasonable to believe that the Bush Cheney hating media would do all they could do to provide proof, not to mention Harry Reid, Patrick “Leaky” Leahy, Charles Chuckie Schumer, Hillary "Wannabe" Clinton, Joseph Biden, Ted Kennedy, and Dick Durbin, to name a few of the less than stellar minded Senators whose backgrounds aren’t exactly pure.

Hatred of the President by the media and the majority of the Democrats is so deep that they will take any advantage to degrade and create opportunities to eradicate the president, even if it means doing harm to the United States and putting everyone in peril. Truth, facts, logic, and reason aren’t considered when the attack on a new front is begun. Giving aid and comfort to the enemy is the last thought on their minds as they continue their uncalled for partisan attacks.

Some questions that aren’t asked much, if at all are: What reason would the President have to lie about the conditions in Iraq that precipitated the war? What personal advantage would be gained for the invasion? Why would the President want to subject himself to the grief he has received if it was wrong to invade Iraq? Why would the President go to war against a country that posed no danger to us, if in fact it didn’t?  

Certain Leftists and the anti-war crowds can’t answer the questions with fact because there aren’t any that will support the convoluted answer they try to put forth. It seems their only hope is to repeat the charges often enough, long enough, and loud enough that eventually the phony message will be believed. The term for it is propaganda to further an agenda whose basis they know is false. Recent reports of the weapons being found don’t deter the left. In spite of the facts, it is full speed ahead for the lies they tell. It is “don’t bother us with facts, we know the truth. It is what we say it is.”

Epitaphs, which label those with whom they oppose, soon grow old to those who hear them when the hearers realize that they aren’t telling the truth. Only the dullards, on whom they depend to carry their flaming false banner of deceit, continue to spout their mantras of he lied, he went for the oil, and he wants to rule the world among other idiocy and nonsense. Such Polly parrot squawking appears regularly in articles in newspapers across the land and in Congress.

Separating the truth from the falsehoods repeated daily by the Democrats and media isn’t easy. Yet when one listens with a mind that wants the truth, the truth will be found. In Sorting It Out it is apparent that the term WMD that the media and the Democrats continue to use doesn’t mean Weapons of Mass Destruction.
