WANTING YOU TO KNOW
This is for that someone
Who is very dear,
A friend so very special
This may even cause a tear.
Let the tear fall so warm
Softly sliding down your cheek,
We all should release them as
God's love will always speak.
You touched my heart -
This is so important yet small,
If not, love would vanish
And hurt if not touched at all.
With each day love will grow -
Making room for those who care,
Love in a heartbeat will always say:
"It is my love I want to share."
This eases the pain on gloomy days -
It stirs our lips to give a smile,
Making our days to glow again
Inviting brightness to stay awhile.
It comes down to the simple things
Sharing each day with caring,
Though we are many miles away
Hearts were made for love and sharing.
You have the feelings of happiness
Grabbing on to not let go,
This is the way God is . . . .
