WHAT A
SPECTACULAR SHOW!
As I decided to take a walk -
I noticed the changes before me,
A nip in the air and a subtle breeze -
The last whiff of the dogwood tree.
The leaves changed colors along
My winding path with cloak of red,
From red to yellow dusted with frost
Caught my eye of changes ahead.
God has his way of timing things
The seasons are here and gone,
The sounds of the crow's refrain
Is the signal Autumn has moved along.
As we bid the summer's dimming light
And say our special summer adieu,
We are joined by our feathered friends
As you hear an owl call, "who-o-o"!
The ripened grain is gone for now
And we look forward to a wintry snow,
Only God can make the changes
WHAT A SPECTACULAR SHOW!
